Welcome to the Hot Girl Heartbreak Club. i’m sorry you’re a member, but i’m glad you’re here 💜

I created this guide during my own experience of intense heartbreak because i couldn’t find anything like it. i wanted something practical that explained what was happening to me, guided me through it, and most importantly was written by someone who had actually lived it.

This guide is everything I wish I had back then.

When i searched for help online, i found podcasts and YouTube videos that just didn’t really resonate. most of the content fell into two categories:

  1. how to win him back - largely toxic, manipulative and usually created by men
  2. love spells - and if movies have taught us anything it’s that those never end well

As painful as this experience was, i knew i would never pursue either of those paths because the foundation of a healthy relationship is mutual effort and commitment not one-sided pursuit.

So this guide is not about getting them back, bypassing the pain, getting a revenge body or being super productive. it’s about moving through it, understanding it, and ultimately transforming because of it regardless of the circumstances that brought you here or what age you are.

Heartbreak activated something in me - it became the crucible that forged a different version of me. i came out the other side with more authenticity, more confidence, and real clarity on who i am and what i want my life to look like, and i believe you can get there too.

I divided this guide into three parts:

This guide is written in a relaxed journal-style format to feel personal and for ease of reading. it’s best viewed on desktop but if you’re on mobile you can use the Page Contents at the top for ease of navigation.

I also created the homepage so you can see everything in one place and keep track of where you are and how you’re doing. it also contains some fun elements to brighten your day ❤️‍🩹

Healing is not linear. it can be messy, confusing, and at times it may feel like you’re going backwards. you can’t rush it (believe me - i tried!) and it’s best not to judge yourself for how it unfolds. please be patient and kind to yourself 💜

🫶 This guide is dedicated to Laura, Lina & Laura - who held the pieces of me in place while i put myself back together again.
